RE: sampletank ques

I-Map is a drumkit from the Sonic Synth collection and I don't think that it can be purchased seperately. Jayman#9 is exactly right. The only sounds that can be played with Sampletank Free are the free sounds that they post on the website. I used it for about a week before I was hooked and bought ST XL.

RE: sampletank ques

Thanks for the answers! I mostly do guitars on my Digi 001 and it pretty much coves all my needs except drums. And it was a pain in the **s!I was about hooking PT & Reason when Asio was released. Then I've tried Vst Battery via Nuendo. And this tiny piece of crap(mean Asio)in a next 3 days comletely ruined my system. When I've restored it and downloaded Samletank Free it seemed the problem was solved-no more second soundcards, programs etc.,I just hear drums in PT session and it sounds not that bad! But there is the only drumkit in the list and I don't think they gonna add a new one monthly. What I realy can do now is order I-Map acoustic drums($80) which comes with Sampletank LE($20).The quistions are: 1)Is it a good deal for me? 1)Is it enough 4 midi channels to make drums sound good? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
