Opening reason in protools

MessageAuthor

For some reason I am opening reason in protools LE and it won't play back unless I am fully in record mode . So basically to hear what I'm doing I always have to record what I'm auditioning . Can someone please tell me if they have had this problem and if so what they did to fix it . Maybe I'm using it wrong ( which that's what I think ) How does one set up reason in protools step by step please .Please explain as if it was the first time I tried it .

any answer you need should be on that page But try a solo safe aux track if you just want to hear your rewire insert and not record it? I dont really know.

RE: Opening reason in protools

Use an Aux or instrument track to route reason outputs into protools. then route the output of the aux to an audio track to print reason's audio. Check out my free pro tools video tutorials: download the ones titled "intro to rewire" and "midi 2 audio', those will help you the most. feel free to check them all out.
