Access Violation on Plug-in Presets

Specifically with Reverb One and Amp Farm-- when I try to recall a "patch", it will recall, but will return an "access violation occurred" warning. Also with Reverb One, if I try to recall anything embedded in a folder (i.e. rooms -> wood paneled rooms) I get "integer error occurred (divide by zero)". Has anybody else encountered this?

Have you updated to the latest versions?

Have you checked to see if those files may be set to 'read only' or somehow otherwise set so that you don't have access?
