Digidesign Maxim and D-Fi Authorization problem

MessageAuthor

I just purchased my new 002r and loaded the plug-ins for Digidesign Maxim Digidesign D-Fi. That went fine. When I launch Protools it gives me an Authorize error for Maxim D-Fi and doesn't allow me to type in my authorization code. Any suggestion what might be wrong or what I should do.

On a side note I bought a 002r system recently and all I got was the Maxim and D-Fi demos--where did you find authorizations? I thought they were supposed to be included but no such luck.

Now I see that the plug-ins are not even loaded. They install but don't show up in the Audiosuite windows. I also loaded the Demos they give you and nothing. Nothing is loaded. Sampletank and T-racks and Amp loaded fine and I'm using them. What's up with Digi.

When I got the system two days ago, Maxim and D-Fi came with a card with the authorization numbers on it. If won't even let me authorize, as protools is loading it gives me an authorization error and I click okay and it moves on.
