Digidesign Maxim and D-Fi Authorization problem

I can't even put the serial numbers in. It comes up with a error window. The only thing I can do is hit okay and it continues to load PT. Could it be something with file sharing. The error I get is Error 5000. I read somewhere, that error has something to do with File Sharing
